The Copy Proof keys , which are sold separately,  are registered to YOU the locks owner and can only be duplicated on specialized equipment insuring that YOU are the only one who can get more keys made for your lock.

The Bump Proof design of the tumblers insures that only a correctly cut key will operate the lock.

With 12 tumblers operating twin sidebars (the most difficult to pick type of lock) the lock is as close to Pick Proof as you can get, further insuring that only a correctly cut key will operate the lock.

When locked, the clutch action lever is disengaged from the latch (the lever moves but the door stays locked) making wrenching more difficult.  The heavy duty design exceeds Grade 1 specifications for resistance to prying and wrenching the lever.

Easy to install in a standard pre-drilled door.  Each lock comes with a paper template if you need to drill the holes yourself.  Tools needed: Drill motor, 2-1/8" & 1" hole saws (or equivalent), 1/8"& 5/16" drill bits, hammer, 1" wood chisel and a #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Operation: Entry Function - Locks by pushing button in on inside lever or pushing in and turning button on inside lever, key retracts latch if inside button is turned (door relocks when closed) or unlocks lever if button was pushed but not turned (lock remains unlocked until locked with button).

IMPORTANT NOTE (This applies to BiLock only): The key code 1AA, 2AA, etc, is used as a reference to allow you to order two or more locks or cylinders which can either all work on the same key (1AA) or on different keys (1AA on one lock and 2AA on another).  Once an order for any key is placed (1AA, 2AA, etc) that key will not be reissued again.  You will be provided with a serial number and special password so that you can order extra keys or locks to match your existing key(s).  If you come back at a later date and order a lock or cylinder keyed to 1AA YOU WILL GET A LOCK KEYED TO A DIFFERENT KEY.
